We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but we do provide store credit for eligible items.
How to Request Store Credit
If there’s a concern with your order (e.g. damaged item or missing products), email info@ellaallureskin.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 14 days of delivery.
We highly advice purchasing Shipping Protection with your order as this gives you instant store credit for lost packages without the hassle of carrier claims. Without shipping protection, any claims for lost items must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Store Credit Issuance
Once approved, store credit will be issued for the product value. Please note: shipping costs are non‑refundable, and any return shipping must be paid by you.
