How long does it take for my order to arrive?

• Your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of placing your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information. You should expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days.

• At this time we only ship in the United States.

• Shipping varies based off the weight of your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

• If you have any concerns with your products please email info@ellaallureskin.com immediately with your order number and a picture of your product.

• At this time we do not accept returns or exchange. We do offer store credit. Shipping cost will still need to be made by the customer in the event a customer uses their store credit.
